Machine/Deep Learning Engineer

https://infilect.com is a customer first product company with machine learning and deep learning as its core strength. We develop products that introduce or optimize congitive processes in advertising, media, and retail domain.

We are an early stage start-up (and not a late stage start-up such as Flipkart/Ola). This implies high risk high reward environment, doing grunt work at a few times, having ownership and responsibility, and do anything (cloud management, API development) that is needed to get the job done. Who is eligible
* Smart programmers with strong analytical skills (who have 1 to 3 years of extensive and production grade coding experience in Python, having deep knowledge of machine learning or deep learning is not a requirement in this case)
* Programmers having extensive coding experience in machine learning or deep learning (who have done at least 3 non-trivial projects that are beyond typical "Titanic sinking" challenge or "Twitter sentiment" analysis)

Once you apply, we will share a coding assignment with you. Only those who pass the coding test will be considered for the subsequent phone/on-site interviews.

Day-to-day responsibilities of the above job include:

1. Rapidly extending publicly available code modules to work on custom problems

2. Software development of machine learning and deep learning back-end

3. Building and managing dataset management pipeline

4. Rapid experimentation, analysis, and deployment of machine learning and deep learning models

5. Managing code and modules in production

You will work on cutting-edge technology in object detection, object tracking, OCR in natural scenes, image classification, video analysis, natural language processing, and many more exciting techniques that form the basis of AI (artificial intelligence). We employ, innovate, and research on deep learning models quite extensively.
