 As part of our core data science team, you will build solutions for our client partners that help them delight their customers and improve revenue and profitability outcomes as a result.  As our team member, you will:

• Drive data analyses and build predictive models, run simulations and build optimization algorithms
• Solve complex problems with sophisticated tools and technologies
• Optimize systems to deploy real-time solutions that help clients serve and compete better
• Write friendly and robust code, create advanced models using R, Python/Perl, Sql, Hadoop, Spark, etc
• Address large data-sets to extract right samples and collaborate with others to create machine learning ensembles
• Determine needs for semi-automation/automation and identify tools to optimize process workflow
• Engage routinely with innovative startups, founders, investors, fast growing SMEs and global enterprises

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors and/or Masters in engineering or basic sciences is essential and sufficient. PhD is an advantage
• Specialization in Math, Physics, Stats, Ops Research, Machine Learning or related quantitative fields is desirable
• Strong interest in applying academic concepts to solve challenging business problems 
• Comfortable across a multitude of platforms (Python, C++, multithreaded programming, etc.) 
• Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with strong business acumen
• Ability to script experimental solutions and use statistical analysis tools such as R, Stata, SPSS or SAS
• Ability to analyze data, using strong database query (e.g. SQL), and statistical modeling skills
• Refined analytical, communication, organizational and presentation skills 
• Strong results driven personality, with a high level of enthusiasm, energy and confidence 
• Previous experience is desired
